With free pick up and delivery, pay by weight pricing, and exceptional service, our standard wash and fold is anything but ordinary.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your existing pick up or delivery time slot, please contact us with at least 24 hours' notice. Please note, your laundry may be picked up by your Laundry Pro at any time most convenient to them on the day of your choosing between 5:00am and 10:00pm. This depends on your Pro’s availability, other customers' orders, and the occasional hiccup. Please ensure your laundry is out and ready to be picked up by your Pro by 5:00am the day of your scheduled service. By scheduling your appointment for laundry pick up, you acknowledge and understand that the Client is responsible for their laundry/personal items until it is loaded into their Pro’s vehicle and in their Pro’s possession. Client acknowledges that Fluff & Fold, its Laundry Pros, and/or any other affiliates are not responsible in the event of loss, theft, damage (significant or otherwise) to Client’s laundry/personal items/property. Client acknowledges and hereby confirms that their laundry is not a health or biohazard concern and laundry does not contain blood, urine, feces, or pet hair in excess amount of what may be normally be found in the average household. In the event Client turns in laundry/personal items determined to be a health or biohazard concern as determined by their Pro, a fee is incurred, services will be canceled, account will be closed and not permitted for future services. Clients violating this policy will be charged a fee according to Customer Refusal of Service guidelines and any and all expenses (to include but not limited to: medical, legal, etc.) that may be incurred by their Pro as a result of exposure to hazardous materials. Client is considered to be refusing service when: Laundry is not available to be picked up on the date selected; Laundry presents as a health/biohazard; Laundry is not bagged or corralled into a tote at time of pick up. Client is any way abusive toward their Laundry Pro or any of Fluff & Fold’s affiliates. Cancellation/Rescheduling outside of the permitted 24 hours guideline, and/or Refusal of Service will result in at least a partial charge for the service(s) scheduled whether they are rendered or not as a means to compensate our Pros for their time and trouble.
