Now that you've scheduled your service with Fluff & Fold, it's time to prepare! First of all, THANK YOU so much for choosing us! We will help you prepare for your pick up and delivery and take care of the rest.
Pick Up & Delivery Prep! Easy as 1...2...3...
Step 1:
Please ensure your laundry does not contain any materials that may pose a health or biohazard concern. Please ensure your laundry is without any urine, blood, feces, or excessive pet hair outside of normal amounts found in the typical household.
Step 2:
Your laundry DOES NOT need to be separated or sorted. However, please corral your laundry into bags or a tote of your choosing for ease of pick up. Note: Number of bags will not affect your price as services are billed by weight. Use as many or as few bags as you would like.
Step 3:
Pick up & Delivery is always free, and meant to be contactless. Your Laundry Pro may pick up your laundry on your selected day at any time between 5:00am and 10:00pm. This time depends on your Laundry Pro's schedule, other clients' orders/delivery routes, and the occasional hiccup.
If you prefer to hand off your laundry to your Pro and receive it personally, please contact us to arrange an appointment time or more narrow window.

Fluff & Fold is owned and operated locally by one of your very own neighbors! A mother and nurse, who had to learn herself that she just could not do everything. Well, she's a woman, so of course she could. But she shouldn't have to choose between doing it all and not missing out. Now she doesn't have to. And she, is you!

We understand the pride we take in caring for our littles, providing for our families, and keeping a lovely home. But it can be a lot, and pile up quick!
